8960--FY26: Emergency Potable Water Delivery

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide emergency potable water delivery to the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) and its external locations in Puerto Rico. The vendor must be able to provide same-day delivery, have established healthcare-compliant production standards, and have sufficient water reserves that do not depend on the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA). The selected vendor will be required to provide potable water in a timely manner to avoid interruptions of services. • The vendor must have the capacity to deliver up to 1,000,000 gallons of potable water. • The vendor must have a water source external from PRASA. • The vendor must be registered in SAM and have the necessary potable water storage and distribution certifications. • The vendor must be able to provide same-day delivery. • The vendor must have established healthcare-compliant production standards.
