Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide annual monthly preventive maintenance services for a building automation system. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a total duration of five years. The contractor will be responsible for providing a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them. The evaluation criteria will include technical approach, price, and past performance.
• The technical approach will evaluate the ability of the offeror to meet the schedule requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The price will be evaluated to determine if it is fair and reasonable.
• The past performance will be evaluated using a rating system that includes acceptable, neutral, and unacceptable ratings.
