Plumbing- Emergency and After Hour Services - City Owned Facilities

The City of Clearlake is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing services for city-owned buildings, including City Hall, Senior Community Center, Youth Center, and Visitor Center/Chamber of Commerce. The contract will be for a term of three years and will include on-call and after-hour emergency services. The contractor must be a licensed plumber with a Class C-36 license or higher.
