Description
The State of Nevada is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide plumbing maintenance and repair services for the Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (SNAMHS) buildings. The contract term is expected to be for four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. The scope of work includes routine and emergency plumbing maintenance necessary to prevent system failures, mitigate operational disruptions, and maintain compliance with state and federal building codes.
• The vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the work.
• The vendor shall have experience in providing similar services to large facilities or institutions.
• The vendor shall have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• The vendor shall be able to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• The vendor shall be able to work with the State's facilities management team to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
