Mat and Mop Rental

The Marion County School District is seeking bids for a mat and mop rental contract. The contract will provide mats and mops for various schools in the district, including the County Office, East Marion School, West Marion High School, West Marion Primary, and Career Center. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and will be for a period of one year. The district is looking for a vendor to provide 3x5 mats, 4x6 mats, 24" dust mops, and 48" dust mops. The bid proposals will be received in the Superintendent's Office up to and not later than 9:00 a.m. on June 3, 2026. • The contract will require the vendor to provide a weekly rental price for the mats and mops. • The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities in any quote not in violation of the law. • The bid proposals must be clearly marked "MAT AND MOP RENTAL" and must be submitted in a sealed envelope. • The district will award the contract to the lowest bidder.
