Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to gauge industry capability to provide both SaaS subscriptions and integrated systems‑integration services for its Omnichannel Customer Communication System (OCCS). The effort covers three technology pillars—Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM), Sprout Social (social media), and Adobe Workfront/AEM (marketing and digital asset management)—with a baseline of licenses, usage‑based billing, AI features, and a required migration of legacy Bynder DAM assets to Adobe Experience Manager. In addition, DeCA seeks a qualified systems integrator to host the SaaS stack in FedRAMP‑approved GovCloud, manage security compliance (DoD IL4/IL5, RMF, eMASS), provide tiered help‑desk support, and deliver training. The anticipated contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month base period with up to four 12‑month options (up to 5 years total).
• Scope includes SaaS licensing (Salesforce, Sprout Social, Adobe) with active‑usage tracking, AI capabilities, and storage scaling.
• Mandatory authorized reseller status for all three platforms.
• Required migration of all digital assets from Bynder to Adobe AEM with zero data loss.
