Main Courthouse Jury Assembly Room - Multimedia System R&R

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing multimedia system with a new Digital over IP multimedia system at the Main Courthouse Jury Assembly Room. The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary materials, labor, supervision, permits, and supplies to complete the project. The project must be substantially completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the requirements and expectations. • Bidders must submit their questions at least seven calendar days prior to the bid due date. • The bid package must include the completed Quote/Bid Form, EBO Schedules 1 and 2, Bid Security (if applicable), and signed Addenda (if issued). • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
