Description
The City of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish is soliciting bids for the maintenance of detention equipment at the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, Juvenile Detention, and other City-Parish locations. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance services for detention equipment, including repairs and replacements as needed.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The City-Parish reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract will be subject to termination for cause or convenience, with 30 days' written notice.
• The City-Parish encourages the participation of small, minority, and women-owned businesses in this procurement.
