Description
The Unified Court System, NYS is soliciting bids for janitorial services in their NYC district office. The services include cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash bins. The contract is expected to commence on January 1, 2026, and will last for an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The bidder must have at least three years of experience in providing similar services.
• The bidder must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule.
• The bidder must submit a bid proposal that includes a pricing sheet, a vendor responsibility questionnaire, and other required documents.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on November 13, 2025.
