Description
The Jones County School System is seeking a qualified provider to offer substitute staffing and management services. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Zoom. Proposals must be submitted through BidNet Direct by February 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET.
• The proposal should include a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The technical proposal should not include any pricing information.
• The cost proposal should include all cost information.
• The supplier must have adequate insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability.
• The supplier must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and security.
• The supplier must provide a certificate of non-collusion and other required forms.
