The State of California seeks a qualified private operator to manage and run a café in the May Lee State Office Complex (MLSOC) in Sacramento. The successful bidder will lease approximately 2,831 sq ft of space, operate a coffee and non‑alcoholic beverage service, and provide snacks, grab‑and‑go food, and online/kiosk ordering.
