Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide weekly routine deep cleaning services for the Eva Alabama Warehouse. The services include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and complete cleaning of 2 single restrooms, 6 offices, and 1 lobby. The vendor will be required to provide all cleaning supplies and products. The contract will be for a period of 12 months.
• The vendor must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142, and are not barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The vendor must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. after bid opening.
