Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for 2027 Type 3 Transit Vehicle Bus for Terrell Center for Youth and Mexia State Supported Living Center. The required goods to be provided are 2027 Type 3 Transit Vehicle Bus. The contract term is not specified, but the anticipated contract start date is July 31, 2026. The evaluation criteria include the Bidder's demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods, consideration of the Bidder's business size and scope of all operations, the number of employees and supervisors available to perform the services, and the Bidder's demonstrated financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
• The IFB includes several exhibits, including Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit B - PCS 111-Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions (UTCs), Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet, Exhibit D - HHS Online Bid Room Information, Exhibit D-1 - PCS Map, and Exhibit E - Scope of Work.
• The Bidder must submit a comprehensive Response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state, and HHSC reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards.
