Petroleum Laboratory Equipment Calibration, Maintenance and Repair Service

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide petroleum laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair services in Okinawa, Japan. The contractor shall provide all necessary services to accomplish on/off-site calibration, maintenance, overhauling, testing, intervening repair calls, and emergency repairs of government-owned equipment in accordance with applicable ASTM International and/or ISO procedures. The services will be provided under a Multiple Award IDIQ contract. • The contract is expected to be a Multiple Award IDIQ contract. • The services will be provided in Okinawa, Japan. • The contractor shall provide all necessary services to accomplish on/off-site calibration, maintenance, overhauling, testing, intervening repair calls, and emergency repairs of government-owned equipment. • The services shall be provided in accordance with applicable ASTM International and/or ISO procedures. • A site visit request form is provided as an attachment. • The solicitation is expected to be issued approximately at the end of June 2025.
