Fuel Products - Jelm Wyoming

Larimer County is seeking a contractor to provide fuel products, including unleaded gasoline and ultra-low sulfur diesel, to their Road and Bridge Laramie River site near Jelm, Wyoming. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to deliver fuel on an as-needed basis, and must meet certain specifications and requirements, including providing their own fuel trucks and meeting certain fuel quality standards. • The contractor must deliver fuel within 48 consecutive clock-hours after being notified of a service call. • The contractor must provide a written guarantee of good faith to supply fuel for the entire length of the agreement. • The contractor must provide correct coupling equipment to safely deliver fuel to all locations. • The contractor must leave a delivery document at each location after each delivery, noting the date, type, and gallons of fuel delivered, as well as the before and after tank reading.
