Public Safety P25 Radio System Maintenance and Support Services

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division is seeking a vendor to provide managed services for the P25 public safety radio system, including both fixed network infrastructure and terminal equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the system meets the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. The County has historically spent approximately $1,750,000 on this type of service, but this may not be indicative of future buying patterns. • The vendor must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. • The vendor must be properly licensed to perform the activities or work included in the contract documents. • The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, ordinances, and rules and regulations. • The vendor must provide insurance coverage as set forth in the Insurance and Bonding attachment of the RFP. • The vendor must maintain public records required by the public agency to perform the service.
