Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a vendor to provide a reliable supply of 5-gallon bottled drinking purified water and high-quality dispensing equipment to Denver International Airport (DEN) for a 12-month period. The contractor will be responsible for scheduled delivery, equipment maintenance, replacement of broken dispensers, and sanitization services. The scope of work includes providing up to 120 5-gallon bottles of purified water per month, installing two water dispensers with cold and hot water faucets, and performing on-site sanitization of dispensers every six months.
• Water Supply: Provide up to 120/month - 5-gallon bottles of purified water
• Equipment: Install two (2) water dispensers with cold water and hot water faucets at designated locations
• Delivery: Scheduled delivery between the hours of 8am-3pm
• Maintenance: On-site sanitization of dispensers every six (6) months and emergency repair/replacement of faulty units within 24–48 hours
