Tarrant County is seeking an experienced SAP implementation partner to modernize its entire ERP landscape. The effort includes migrating the on‑premise SAP R/3 (ECC) system to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, moving HCM functions to SAP SuccessFactors, and transitioning the IonWave supplier‑registration platform to SAP Ariba. The scope covers full‑life‑cycle services – governance, detailed project planning, data migration, integration redesign, configuration, testing, cut‑over, hyper‑care, change‑management, training, and post‑go‑live support. Bidders may elect to perform any combination of the three migration tracks (A = S/4HANA, B = SuccessFactors, C = Ariba).
