The City of New Port Richey is seeking proposals for a new vision and use for the Main & Bank Building located in the heart of Historic Downtown. The City is looking to add to the vibrancy and revitalization of the Historic Downtown core, and the future project should complement the existing businesses downtown, add economic value, connect to Main Street and Railroad Square Phase II, and support more activities and uses to attract additional residents and visitors.
