Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs, is seeking a loan servicing consultant to manage and service loans made to borrowers who received funding from the Housing Recovery Program. The program aims to help rebuild homes after the East Troublesome Fire in Grand County, the Cameron Peak Fire in Larimer County, and the Marshall Fire and Straight Line Winds disaster in Boulder County. The selected consultant will be responsible for servicing and managing traditional and forgivable loans, engaging with the Department of Local Affairs as necessary, and providing monthly financial reports. The consultant will also be required to review loans for compliance with residency requirements, perform duplication of benefits checks, and release deeds of trust.
