PSP Troop K Philadelphia Lawn Care Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care maintenance services at the Troop K Philadelphia location. The services include mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control, and mulching. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and remove all clippings, trimmings, and lawn debris from the premises. The contract will be for a period of five years. • The contractor must sign in upon arrival and after completion of work. • The contractor must provide a signed site visit form before bidding. • The contractor must comply with all specifications and requirements listed in the solicitation. • The Commonwealth will pay for only those services rendered and has no obligation to have the contractor perform any work or any minimum amount under this contract.
