Occoneechee State Park Boat Rental Concession

The Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking a qualified third party to operate a boat rental concession at Occoneechee State Park, located on the John H. Kerr Reservoir. The concession will be established through a term contract via competitive negotiations. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the Occoneechee State Park Visitor Center. Key aspects of the job include: • Operating a boat rental concession • Managing daily operations and maintenance • Providing customer service • Collecting fees and commissions • Adhering to proposed fees and commission rates as outlined in Attachment G.
