Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide medical gases and cylinders for the Saint Cloud and Black Hills VA Healthcare System. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to add new delivery locations within a 60-mile driving distance from the contractor's medical gas fill station. The contractor will be required to provide a cylinder tracking plan, maintain a minimum 95% fill rate, and ensure uninterrupted delivery of medical gases throughout the contract period. Key responsibilities include delivering medical gases, maintaining cylinder tracking, and providing reports on usage statistics and cost data.
* Deliver medical gases and cylinders to the Saint Cloud and Black Hills VA Healthcare System
* Maintain a cylinder tracking plan to track the location and status of cylinders
* Ensure uninterrupted delivery of medical gases throughout the contract period
* Provide reports on usage statistics and cost data
* Maintain a minimum 95% fill rate for routine non-emergent orders
* Respond to emergency orders within 1 hour of receipt
