Description
The Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply three new multi‑tasking CNC machines (lathe/mill) with full auxiliary components, optional tooling certificates, and optional engineering support services. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price award based on the lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) source‑selection. The vendor must meet a minimum three‑year experience threshold, provide a one‑year parts‑and‑labour warranty, and comply with extensive security, safety, and IUID registration requirements. Optional items include up to five tooling certificates ($50 k each) and 200 hours of engineering services.
