Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Management Information System (MIS) Provider RFP

The Ohio Department of Health is seeking a qualified contractor to operate and maintain the State’s WIC Management Information System (MIS). The awardee will transition the existing internally‑managed WIC MIS to a contractor‑managed platform, provide ongoing online management, and deliver maintenance and operations services for the life of the contract. The effort includes data migration, system integration, user support, security compliance, and continuous enhancements to meet federal WIC program requirements. • Transition the current Ohio WIC MIS from internal management to a contractor‑operated, fully online system. • Provide end‑to‑end system maintenance, help‑desk support, and operational services throughout the contract term. • Ensure compliance with federal WIC regulations, state IT policies, and security standards while delivering enhancements and user training.
