Description
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Wheeler Service Center’s Operations Building (≈15,040 sq ft) and Vehicle Storage Building (≈1,950 sq ft). Services are required five days per week, between 5 pm and 10 pm, and include daily trash removal, floor care, restroom and locker‑room sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as floor waxing and carpet steaming. The contract is initially for a two‑year term with options for two additional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must supply all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables (except basic paper supplies). Attendance at a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on April 20, 2026 is required.
