Description
The Comptroller of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Cisco/Meraki hardware and software for network upgrades throughout the state, including field offices. The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor. The scope of work includes replacement of purchase of EOS Meraki Cisco hardware/licenses, supporting network upgrades, and providing installation and training services.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract.
• Bidders must submit a password-protected bid through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system or via email to the Agency Point of Contact.
• The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, and charges for multiple years shall be provided at a per-year price.
• The Master Contractor must provide new and unused equipment, and must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
