Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking qualified bidders to procure 50 Dell Pro Max 16 MC 16250 laptops along with warranty and services. The contract will be for a one-time purchase with delivery by December 29, 2025. The successful bidder will work with the MHBE to ensure proper delivery of the hardware. The vendor will be responsible for getting all items to the MHBE Pratt Street address and providing all necessary equipment to unload the hardware.
• The laptops must meet the detailed specifications listed in the IFB.
• The vendor must be an authorized U.S. Dell Titanium Partner and reseller.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The MHBE reserves the right to cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities.
