NEW HIRE REPORTING SERVICES

The State of Wyoming, Department of Family Services, Child Support Program, is seeking a vendor to provide new hire reporting services. The vendor will be responsible for operating and maintaining an automated new hire reporting system, providing customer service and technical assistance to employers, and collaborating with the State to develop and provide employer outreach/compliance procedures and materials. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional years. The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive employer outreach program, process new hire reports, and ensure that all new hire information is collected and processed within federally prescribed time frames. • The vendor must have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an interactive web-based application. • The vendor must provide a work plan that meets the needs of the RFP and indicates a thorough understanding of the scope of work. • The vendor must have a comprehensive and practical plan for project management and control mechanisms. • The vendor must have sufficient resources and knowledgeable or experienced staff available to meet delays. • The vendor must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, policies, guidelines, and requirements.
