HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services at HHSC Region 3 Facilities

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance and repair services at HHSC Region 3 facilities. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. Bidders are required to submit their responses by July 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM. • The scope of work includes HVAC maintenance and repair services at three locations: 2700 Ben Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76103; 1205 E. Sam Rayburn, Bonham, Texas 75418; and 1301 S. Bowen Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76013. • Optional on-site visits will be conducted at these locations on June 18 and 19, 2026. • Bidders must notify the on-site contact regarding attendance and follow the instructions provided in the IFB. • The contract value is estimated to be $225,000. • Bidders must submit their responses electronically or by hand delivery/overnight express mail to the specified address. • The evaluation criteria include the bidder's experience, qualifications, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value to the state.
