Life Technologies Lab Instruments Service Agreements

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a sole source provider for life technologies lab instruments service agreements. The selected vendor will provide preventive maintenance, unplanned repair services, and other provisions for various life technologies instruments. The vendor must be the manufacturer of the equipment, as they are the only authorized party to provide parts and certified engineers for maintenance and repairs. The scope of work includes annual preventive maintenance, unplanned service, and technical support. • The contract term is 5 years, starting from 7/31/2026 and ending on 4/22/2031. • The estimated dollar amount for the life of the project is $349,500. • The vendor must have specialized knowledge, training, and certified engineers to perform service work and provide new, certified parts. • The vendor must also provide liability insurance for the work performed under the service agreements.
