Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide vending machine services for the Chillicothe Correctional Center. The vendor will be responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining vending machines, as well as delivering and stocking products. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, business registration, and data breach. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must provide a detailed report of sales by vending machine, including machine number, product, and beginning and ending reading of all transaction counters.

* Providing and maintaining vending machines, including snack, beverage, and cold food machines
* Delivering and stocking products, including a variety of snacks, beverages, and microwavable items
* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, business registration, and data breach
* Providing a detailed report of sales by vending machine, including machine number, product, and beginning and ending reading of all transaction counters
* Maintaining equipment at high standards of cleanliness and quality, with minimal malfunctions or breakdowns
* Providing trained and competent repair personnel, available within one working day to make repairs as needed
