Beyond Trust Remote Support Tool

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Information Technology is seeking quotes for two Beyond Trust software items—a remote support implementation package and a concurrent‑user cloud license. This micro‑purchase will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with all items required to be quoted together. The procurement is open‑market, electronic quotes are accepted, and no price ceiling is disclosed, but the total is expected to be below the micro‑purchase threshold (typically under $10 K). • Two software licenses (implementation package and concurrent‑user cloud) must be quoted as a single bundle. • The bid must be submitted electronically by 10/14/2026 11:59:59 PM; opening occurs 10/16/2026. • Primary inquiry contact is Brian Miracle ([email protected]); shipping/billing will be directed to Andrea Rose of the Auditing Division.
