The Executive Office of Education is seeking a firm fixed price proposal for Level Data software subscription licenses, ongoing maintenance and support, training and documentation, as well as software enhancements and other related professional information technology project services. The successful bidder will provide a solution that meets the business and technical requirements specified in the RFQ, including the ability to process near-real-time JSON, A4L compliant transmissions of SIF data objects and Massachusetts customizations out of the box. The bidder must also provide a dashboard of current status for all districts for each collection, support for 800+ custom and configurable validations, and be cloud-based with a SaaS model. The contract will be for a term of five years, with the option to renew for an additional five years. The bidder must also provide a detailed service level agreement, including response times for incidents of varying levels of severity. • The bidder must have implemented or have experience implementing similar solutions over the past four years. • The proposed software must be capable of processing near-real-time JSON, A4L compliant transmissions of SIF data objects and Massachusetts customizations out of the box. • The successful bidder will have existing successful implementations with the following SIS vendors: Aspen, PowerSchool, Aptium, Rediker, Harris, Infinite Campus, SunGard, SABIS, Alma, Focus School Software, School Insight. • The bidder must provide a high-level project plan and implementation roadmap with timeline for the successful launch of their software solution. • The bidder must provide the resumes for Key Personnel they are proposing on this engagement, including, but not limited to their: Account Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Lead.
