Description
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs is soliciting bids from vendors capable of satisfying the sale and deployment for wall-mount IT cabinets, UPS units, patch panels, and LAN wiring across 9 buildings. This work will allow for Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Resources Mosquito Control Districts IT infrastructure to migrate to EEA IT. The project involves implementing baseline IT infrastructure, including procurement and installation of IT cabinets, patch panels, UPS units, and LAN wiring. The vendor should have extensive experience implementing IT infrastructure at state-owned locations.
• The project requires the sale and deployment of EEA-IT's baseline IT infrastructure for multiple buildings.
• The vendor should have experience with IT infrastructure implementation in state-owned locations.
• The project involves 9 locations, including Berkshire County, Bristol County, Cape Cod, Central Massachusetts, East Middlesex, Norfolk County, Plymouth County, and Suffolk County.
• The vendor should provide information on their proposed approach, implementation methodology, project schedule, key personnel, prior project references, and cost estimates.
• The evaluation criteria include completeness and clarity of the proposal, price, interview, references, and team qualifications and technical/analytical capabilities.
