Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for As-Needed Temporary Personnel Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed temporary personnel services. The services include recruiting temporary staff, managing and overseeing those staff, and administering employee benefits and payroll taxes. The vendor must have five years of experience in providing professional clinical and/or health-related temporary personnel services, maintain a personnel policy and procedure manual, and have an office located within Los Angeles County or an adjacent county. • The vendor will be required to comply with the County's policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, independent contractor status, and conflict of interest. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance coverage and comply with the County's indemnification provisions. • The vendor will be required to register in the County's WebVen system prior to executing a Master Agreement. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs submitted in response to this RFSQ and to cancel or close the RFSQ process at any time.
