Employee Leadership & Development

The City of Tucson is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide Employee & Leadership Development opportunities for City employees. These opportunities include training sessions, facilitated development sessions, small and large group workshops, keynote speaking, and coaching sessions. The City intends to develop an Approved Vendor List for these services, and multiple awards will be made for each category to offerors. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
