The U.S. Air Force is issuing a single‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the rental of portable HVAC, dehumidifier, air‑scrubber, generator, and chiller equipment, plus all ancillary services (delivery, setup, teardown, maintenance, emergency repair) to support the 482d Fighter Wing at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida. The BPA will be firm‑fixed‑price, with a total ceiling of $350,000 over a five‑year period. Only one vendor will be selected under a Lowest‑Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Quotes must be fully burdened (including labor, transport, and all accessories) and submitted electronically by the deadline.
