FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AND BULK DELIVERY OF PROPANE GAS

The County of Middlesex is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of cylinder and bulk delivery of propane gas to various county agencies. The contract period will be for 18 consecutive months, commencing on or about January 18, 2026. The bid will be awarded on the basis of the lowest cost per cylinder price for cylinder propane and the lowest mark-up for bulk propane. • The contractor will be responsible for delivering propane gas to various locations throughout the county. • The contractor will be required to supply and install bulk storage tanks at various locations. • The contractor will be responsible for refilling existing propane gas cylinders at various county facilities. • The contractor will be required to provide pricing for new filled cylinders on an as-needed basis. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
