Texas Tech University is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental marketing services for instances where the university's existing marketing units are unable to meet demand. The contractor will provide marketing support services, including graphic design, website development, photography, commercial production, social media outreach, brand development, and strategic messaging. The contractor must comply with Texas Tech University's identity guidelines and provide metrics to measure performance. • The contractor will provide marketing services on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must have experience providing services to institutions of higher education or similar organizations. • The contractor must provide a detailed compensation schedule and propose a financial commitment to assist Texas Tech University. • The contractor must comply with Texas laws and regulations, including those related to historically underutilized businesses.
