Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting bids for the provision of guest room amenities, including plastic stackable ashtrays, iron storage bags, comforter storage bags, deluxe coffee trays, folding retractable handheld hair dryers, hair dryer bags, wooden flat hangers, ice buckets, irons, ironing board hangers, ironing boards, luggage racks, and trays for ice buckets. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the specified items to various locations in Kentucky. The bid submission deadline is July 8, 2026, at 13:30.
• The bid must include completed bid information, best price, and best delivery.
• The bidder must enclose descriptive literature with their bids for any proposed alternate brands or specifications.
• The contract will be written accordingly, and the successful bidder shall be required to deliver the brand/specification stated in the solicitation.
• The bidder must comply with the provisions of the solicitation and the terms and conditions set out in Attachment A.
