Description
The Springfield Redevelopment Authority is seeking bids for a site enabling package for the Willow Street Parking Garage Project. The project includes the installation of a perimeter fence, removal of site appurtenances, demolition of existing improvements, removal of underground utilities, excavation and removal of fill and buried slabs, and placement of imported gravel fill. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $1,000,000.00.
• The project does not include the construction of the parking garage foundations or structure, which will be completed under a separate contract.
• Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically.
• A site visit is strongly encouraged, and all questions regarding the bid must be made in writing and received by the purchaser by April 8, 2026, at 4 PM.
