FileNet Upgrade

The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a FileNet software system upgrade. The project includes upgrading to FileNet 5.6.0, ICN to 3.1.0, and WebSphere 9 to the latest patch, as well as testing, training, and post-implementation support. The contract period is three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The vendor must provide a fixed-price bid, including all costs, and comply with various security and accessibility requirements.
