The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with McManis Associates, Inc. for the procurement of services to update the current Chargemaster system for the facility. This includes updating current Revenue Codes, HCPCS/CPT code to ensure proper charging strategies, data flow, and maintenance procedures to follow Medicare guidelines. The contract will have a base period and four option periods, with an anticipated period of performance from February 16, 2026, to February 15, 2031. • The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform these services. • The NAICS code is 518210, with an associated small business size standard of $40.0M. • The contract will be issued without further notice after the deadline stated in the notice. • The place(s) of contract performance will be the Northern Navajo Medical Center and the Dzil-Na-O-Dilth-Hle Health Center.
