Description
The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide fire safety water sprinkler PM&R services. The contract will be for a 5-year period, with a guaranteed minimum of $2,000.00 and a contract ceiling to be determined at the time of award. The contractor will be required to perform annual inspections and testing of fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and standpipe systems, as well as provide reports and documentation. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and certifications in fire safety and must comply with the Service Contract Act wage determinations.
• Annual inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems

• Five-year standpipe flow test and hydrostatic test
