The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a vendor to supply, inventory, and manage athletic‑wear apparel and accessories for the Colorado Springs Fire Department. The contract is a fixed‑unit‑price arrangement covering a base year with up to four optional one‑year extensions, requiring a “fit closet,” online catalog, rapid fulfillment, and comprehensive reporting. The vendor must provide items in the city‑specified colors and logo, handle bulk and individual orders, and maintain quality‑assurance processes.
• Supply a full range of athletic‑wear garments (t‑shirts, hoodies, shorts, sweatpants, caps, beanies, etc.) with the two‑color CSFD logo.
