Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office seeks a qualified contractor to perform residential septic tank pumping, baffle cleaning/replacement, and waste disposal for homes within the Manuelito Chapter. The contractor must provide all equipment, water, and disposal services, adhere to Navajo environmental regulations, and submit sealed technical and cost proposals by the deadline. Preference is given to Navajo‑certified Priority 1/2 firms, though non‑Navajo firms may be considered if they submit the lowest responsive price. The work must be completed by 31 December 2026.
• Perform septic tank pump‑out, cleaning, and baffle servicing for all residential tanks in the chapter.
• Transport and dispose of sewage at an approved treatment facility, providing manifest documentation.
• Deliver a detailed service report, restore sites, and comply with all Navajo Nation licensing, bonding, insurance, and tax requirements.
