The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for a 36-month lease agreement for one new Multifunction Digital Copier/Printer System, including maintenance and services, with an option to purchase at the end of the term for $1.00. The lease period will be from 6/1/2026 to 5/31/2029. The copier must meet specific specifications, including a minimum 65 pages per minute printing speed, a single pass duplex feeder, and a 9-bin mailbox. The supplier will be responsible for delivery, installation, network setup, and training. The cost per copy should include all costs associated with service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and supplies, except for paper and staples.
