FC0002209-Delinea Privilege Manager Renewal

The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Delinea Privilege Manager software and related services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Delinea and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The scope of work includes providing the software, installation, and training services. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on conformance with the scope of work, price, and delivery schedule. • The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the COTS 2012 Master Contract. • The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. • The contractor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the use of the products. • The State reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
