Description
The Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District No. 35 is seeking bids for catering services. The initial contract term will be from December 2025 through June 30, 2026, with an option for 4 annual renewals. Bidders must provide a variety of menu options, including breakfast, lunch, light snacks, and beverages, and ensure that all ingredients are of good quality and meet local health standards. The bidder must also provide equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• The bidder must have experience in providing catering services.
• The bidder must have a valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License.

• The bidder must provide a detailed proposal outlining their services and pricing.
• The bidder must submit their proposal in a sealed envelope or package with the solicitation number and bidder's name and address clearly marked.
